Dall Mill
Dall Mill
A Dal Mill Plant is a complete pulse processing system designed to convert raw pulses into high-quality, polished, and edible dal with maximum efficiency. Pulses such as Toor (Arhar), Chana, Moong, Urad, Masoor, Peas, and other legumes are processed through advanced cleaning, dehusking, splitting, polishing, and grading operations to produce premium-quality dal for the food industry and domestic consumption. A modern Dal Mill Plant ensures high recovery, superior product quality, and minimal grain breakage while maintaining cost-effective operations.
At Jangid Enterprises, we manufacture advanced Dal Mill Plants using modern technology, precision engineering, and premium-quality materials. With over 25 years of experience in flour mill and food processing machinery manufacturing, we provide reliable, energy-efficient, and high-performance processing solutions tailored to meet the needs of small, medium, and large-scale pulse processing industries. Our machines are built to deliver consistent output, long service life, and low maintenance costs.
The Dal milling process begins with the thorough cleaning of raw pulses to remove dust, stones, metal particles, husk, and other impurities using advanced cleaning equipment. The cleaned pulses are then conditioned with controlled moisture to facilitate efficient dehusking. After conditioning, the pulses pass through specialized dehusking and splitting machines that carefully remove the outer husk while minimizing grain damage. The split dal is further polished, graded, and separated according to size and quality before being packed for distribution. This systematic process ensures high recovery rates, uniform grain quality, and excellent market value.
